Hi Jake, sorry for not getting back sooner. The short answer is YES. A "pinched nerve" in the neck will cause referral pain down the arm just like pinching of the sciatic nerve which goes down the leg. If this continues, you need to have this evaluated properly so that the condition does not worsen.
